be succeeded by Orjan Johannessen -
Thibaut Ruggieri wins the Bocuse d’Or France!
Amandine Chaignot, Ronan Kervarrec, Frederic Foucher, Julien Poisot, Pascal Borrell, Thibaut Ruggeri and Nicolas Davouze competed in Paris on March 4th and 6th to win the first place of the Bocuse d’OR France.

The National Academies are intended to disseminate the spirit and values of the Bocuse d'Or, to organize the national selection and develop a network of Chefs in his country. Each country can have a National Academy. This organization is the depositary of the mark Bocuse d'Or in his country.
