After winning in 2003 La Chaine des Rotisseurs contest, and later one, the Tradition and Evolution Cook twice, Chef Tamas Széll showed his predominated talent during the Bocuse d’Or first step to the European selection. Sous chef at Onyx Restaurant in Budapest, he worked in many popular restaurants.
Confident and determined,, Tamas is getting prepared for the Bocuse d’Or Europe in Brussels, which, hopefully will lead him to the Final in Lyon in 2013…
