From one success to another, Rasmus Kofoed at the Omnivore Festival
After winning the Gold Medal this year and opening a new chapter in the history of the Bocuse d’Or, Rasmus has been very much in demand with the Danish media from whom he has received rave reviews.

Bocuse d'Or Belgium candidate
During the Belgium national selection, the Belgium candidate has been announced. Chef Robbrecht Wissels will represent his country at the Bocuse d'Or Europe 2012.

And Danemark winner is …
It was on Sunday October 23rd during the Danemark national selection that Jepp Foldagerand was chosen to represent his country during the next step of Bocuse d’Or selection.

Hungary shows its talents !
On October 14th, the National Hungary selection took place in Budapest, at the Hoventa Exhibition, where many journalists were attending the event. That day, the 29 years old Hungarian winner, Chef Tamas Széll explained in different interviews his pride to represent his country.

The 20 participating countries are officially revealed !
The Bocuse d’Or Europe will take place during Brusselicious, the 2012 Year of Gastronomy and as part of Horeca Life.
On March 20th and 21st, 20 talented chefs from all over Europe will face one each other to compete for the Bocuse d’Or Europe title to figure among the top 12 qualifying places for the Bocuse d’Or final 2013.
This year, the competition will be presided by Peter Goossens, one of Belgium’s best chefs, and Alex Atala, a well-known Brazilian chef will be honored this year.

The German and Swiss candidates are revealed !
The national selection of the Bocuse d’Or in Germany which took place on Saturday February 11th revealed the candidate who will represent Germany at the Bocuse d’Or Europe in march 2012.
