Thibaut Ruggieri wins the Bocuse d’Or France!
Amandine Chaignot, Ronan Kervarrec, Frederic Foucher, Julien Poisot, Pascal Borrell, Thibaut Ruggeri and Nicolas Davouze competed in Paris on March 4th and 6th to win the first place of the Bocuse d’OR France.

The first selected countries for Bocuse d'Or 2013 are known !
As winners of the Bocuse d'Or America Latina, Guatemala, Brasil and Mexico are selected for the final in Lyon.
Chef Marcos Jose Saenz Gonzalez from Guatemala is the new America Latina Bocuse d'Or, followed by Chef Fabio Enrique Watanbe from Brasil and Chef Hugo Cesar Ahumada Dominguez from Mexico.
12 countries competed from august 30th to September 1rst, under the presidency of Guy Santoro.
